Day 1
Guatemala Arrival to Guatemala City airport and transfer to your hotel in La Antigua. Deliver travel documentation. Welcome dinner in the hotel room, cheeses and fruits. Lodging.
Day 2
Antigua - Cultural Visit - Antigua Breakfast. We will have a day at leisure to enjoy La Antigua, strolling through its cobbled streets, appreciating the architectural style of yesteryear, or relaxing in the hotel facilities. As an optional activity, we recommend visiting this city declared a World Heritage Site during the morning, taking an excursion to Pacaya Volcano, or an exquisite chocolate workshop. Lodging.
Day 3
Antigua - Chichicastenango - Lake Atitlán Breakfast. Departure to the Guatemalan highlands with a destination to the village of Chichicastenango, where we will visit one of the most famous indigenous markets in Latin America. After the visit, we will continue to Lake Atitlán, as Aldous Huxley once said, “one of the most beautiful lakes in the world”. Lodging.
Day 4
Lake Atitlán - San Juan La Laguna - Santiago Atitlán - Guatemala City Breakfast. Today we will take a boat to visit two of the twelve villages surrounding this beautiful lake. We will visit the Tzutuhil village of San Juan La Laguna is characterized by the harmony in which its inhabitants live with nature and culture. We will continue to Santiago Atitlán, a town inhabited by indigenous Tzutuhiles who live from fishing and handcrafts, although they are better known as worshippers of a Mayan Catholic deity they call Maximón. Day 5
Guatemala - Yaxha - Petén Breakfast. In the morning transfer to the airport to take a flight to Petén. In the afternoon, we will visit the great city of Yaxha with 9 acropolis and 500 structures, from temple 216 we will have a spectacular view of the lagoon and the surrounding jungle, we will enjoy the sunset and the beautiful skies over the lagoon. Day 6
Petén - Tikal - Guatemala Breakfast. Today we will visit the Mayan city of Tikal, the jewel of the classic Mayan World. Lunch in the archaeological site. Transfer to the airport to take the local flight to Guatemala City. Transfer to the hotel. Lodging.
Day 7
Guatemala Breakfast. Transfer to the International Airport of Guatemala City. End of our services.
